Palace Theatre

One of Swansea’s historic buildings is being given a new lease of life. The sensitive restoration of the former theatre, that originally opened its doors in 1888, will see offices and co-working spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces and café and coffee shop. Tramshed Tech will be the lead tenant, managing the building which will open in late 2024.
