Our services include the below.
Recruitment and Training
Finding a skilled workforce to service your business can be challenging when starting up or relocating. We help to make this process easier by opening doors and making connections with local FE colleges and universities as well as employability services such as Workways.
We can also help you to access sector-specific training and development and apprenticeships.
Financial Support
We work with a range of partners to provide access to financial support, whether that’s in securing grants and loans or accessing local and regional financial support schemes.
Our business team will connect with you with knowledgable partners to provide advice and support, regardless of the size or sector of your business.
Start-up Support
Our start-up support can take the headache out of launching a new business. We want to see you succeed and have put together a package of support that includes membership of the Business Swansea Start-Up Enterprise Club which connects start-ups with business experts and provides monthly in person and online support.
We also help you to access finance and acquire suitable premises for your business or help you with permissions to work from home. We have strong links with Business Wales and the Prince’s Trust who offer their own bespoke support to business start-ups.
Online and Digital Support
We provide support to businesses to ensure your broadband connections are fast and reliable.
Swansea benefits from super-fast broadband and we help to connect businesses all over the county to achieve their optimum connections.
Further Advice and Support
We offer a monthly support hour with business experts that allows you to connect with other local businesses and expand your knowledge.
We also signpost new businesses to a wide range of business networking groups, to Swansea BID and to Business Wales. We are proud to help businesses to improve their Welsh language capabilities. Business Wales’s Helo Blod service can translate up to 500 words per month for you, completely free of charge.
