Castle Square
An £11m upgrade to this central Swansea public space. The new square will include F&B units, 40% more green space, a new water feature designed for play and a TV screen for outdoor events.

Palace Theatre
One of Swansea’s historic buildings is being given a new lease of life. The sensitive restoration of the former theatre, that originally opened its doors in 1888, will see offices and co-working spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces and café and coffee shop. Tramshed Tech is the lead tenant, managing the building which opened in late 2024.

Y Storfa
The former BHS store on Oxford Street in Swansea’s city centre is being refurbished and repurposed as a community hub that will house the new Central Library, Swansea Council contact centre and other key services. This major development will bring increased footfall to one of Swansea’s main shopping streets.

Biophilic Living
A ground-breaking ‘living building’ scheme which includes an aquaponics centre, exhibition space, offices and residential space. The building will house green walls and green roofs, an urban farm-style greenhouse set over four floors, and educational facility, retail space and a landscaped rooftop garden. The building will also include solar panels and battery storage. Once open, the scheme will accommodate about 300 jobs.

Lower Swansea Valley
Due to be completed in 2025, the Lower Swansea Valley project is made up of three elements; restoration of several buildings at Hafod Copperworks, improving links between the River Tawe, the Hafod Copperworks and the Strand Railway Arches and improves to Swansea Museum to enhance the visitor experience.
