71-72 Kingsway and Public Realm Improvements
Redevelopment of former nightclub into a 104,000 sqft digitally enhanced state of the art workspace targeting national and international business. Public realm improvements have been completed on the Kingsway to reduce traffic, enhance the pedestrian experience and increase green spaces on the street.

Hafod Copperworks Phase 1
Breathing new life into a 19th century building, Hafod Copperworks phase 1 includes the Penderyn Whisy distillery and visitors centre. Phase 2 will include new commercial and residential developments.

Albert Hall
An £8m+ transformation of a former music hall and cinema dating back to 1864. The new mixed use development comprises of a food hall with eight independent foot outlets, seating area and bar, performance area an stage, private dining rooms, karaoke and a children’s play centre. The upper floors contain 18 offices, serviced accommodation, rooftop garden and a gym.
