Redevelopment of former nightclub into a 104,000 sqft digitally enhanced state of the art workspace targeting national and international business. An £8m+ transformation of a former music hall and cinema dating back to 1864. The new mixed use development comprises of a food hall with eight independent foot outlets, seating area and bar, performance area an stage, private dining rooms, karaoke and a children’s play centre.
